Member Survey

1. The prize is only valid for active NHP members. Only active NHP members are eligible to win.
2. The survey runs from 10th of July 2024 and ends on 5th of August 2024 . 
3. Only NHP members over the age of 18 years may participate.
4. The winning NHP member will be randomly drawn and will be notified via telephone.
5. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. NHP reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend the winning of the prize in the event of technical or other difficulties that may arise.
7. By participating you agree to be profiled in the Funds newsletter (HealthBytes), social media platforms and other publicity relating to winning the prize. The winner will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for any such publicity or otherwise. All and any materials, including publicity materials, will be the sole property of NHP.
8. Please note that the Gondwana prize is valid for a year from the date of issue. If the entire amount is not used at one property depending on the rate, the remaining amount can be used for the next booking. The voucher is valid to all Gondwana Collection Namibia properties, excluding Klein-Aus Vista, The Pearls Beach Pods, The Weinberg Windhoek, The Weinberg Urban Pods and Okapuka Safari Lodge.
9. The final draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The Fund’s Trustees/employees, employees of the administrator (Medscheme Namibia),  Gondwana Collection Namibia, and their immediate family members are not eligible for the prize.
11. By participating in this competition, all participants accept and agree to abide by these rules and terms and conditions.
